Six changes went live today. Nothing here is permanent — each one lists exactly
what it was before and how to put it back. If Erika wants any of it reversed, it takes a
minute.
Live changes
All six verified against the live site and booking page, not just the editor.
01A $100 deposit is now required to bookLive
Setmore → Payments → Booking Page payments
Was
Require deposit: OFF — customers booked without paying anything
Now
Require deposit: ON · Currency · $100
To undo: Setmore → Payments → toggle "Require deposit" off.
"Require full payment" was left off and untouched.
02Google Analytics tracking code correctedLive
Carrd → site custom code
Was
G-14384610683d — invalid, recorded nothing at all
Now
G-60FH43S5B8 — the real ID from her Analytics account
To undo: put the old ID back — but it never worked, so reverting
means turning analytics off entirely. Everything around the ID was left exactly as it was.
03"Book The Signature Skyline" buttonLive
Carrd → button link · $600 package
Was
…setmore.com/services/bb9407f9-… (an info page — one extra click to book)
Now
…setmore.com/book?step=time-slot&products=bb9407f9-… (opens the calendar)
To undo: paste the old /services/ link back.
04"Book Your Proposal" buttonLive
Carrd → button link
Was
…setmore.com/ (the bare menu — nothing selected)
Now
…products=9c0226e7-… (The Proposal, $350)
To undo: set the link back to the plain Setmore address.
Note: if she'd rather it point at a different package, that's a one-line change — tell
us which.
05The Grand Statement — guest countLive
Carrd → package text · $1,300
Was
"$1,300 | 1 Hour | Up to 20 Guests"
Now
"$1,300 | 1 Hour | Up to 10 Guests"
To undo: change 10 back to 20. We changed it because Erika has said
publicly that 10 is the real limit — so the site was promising something she can't deliver.
06The Celebration Circle — guest countLive
Carrd → package text · $999
Was
"$999 | 1 Hour | Up to 12 Guests"
Now
"$999 | 1 Hour | Up to 10 Guests"
To undo: change 10 back to 12.
Things we found but did not change
These are hers to decide. Nothing has been touched.
07The booking policy still steers customers off-platformUnchanged
Her policy currently reads: "To avoid this surcharge, we gladly
accept fee-free payments via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay." This is why only 16%
of July's money went through her card processor.
Proposed replacement, not applied: "All sales are final and
non-refundable. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Buy Now, Pay Later
(Afterpay) — all securely through this booking page. A 2.9% processing fee applies. One
reschedule is permitted with advance notice."
08The refund policy contradicts itselfUnchanged
"One reschedule is permitted with advance notice" sits directly
above "Cancellation and rescheduling is not permitted once the appointment is booked."
Cause found: the Cancellation policy dropdown in Setmore is
set to "Never", which generates the second line automatically, while the free-text
field says the opposite. It's a settings mismatch, not sloppy writing.
09Afterpay was already switched onNot our change
Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm and Zip were already enabled in
her Stripe account before today. We only confirmed they reach the checkout — Card and
Afterpay both appear. Nothing was changed to make this happen.
10Two Peerspace listings existUnchanged
She has two live Peerspace listings, which may split her review
count and compete with each other in search. One advertises an hourly rate well below her
package pricing.
Also worth knowing
A test booking was started and abandoned on the Grand Statement to confirm Afterpay
appears at checkout. Nothing was paid and no booking was created — the held slot expires on
its own. If a stray entry ever appears under a name marked "TEST — IGNORE", it's ours.
The "Book Now" button in the top nav and "Book Your Date Night" were
deliberately left alone, pending her decision on which date night package to point at.
No pricing, package, or wording was changed anywhere. No packages were added or removed.
